[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — xuv500/ advance booking service | |||
I have done an advance booking 5 days prior to set up a schedule which would help me to manage my time as well as i get my vehicle get serviced back. I got a text message from mahindra that my vehicle is scheduled to be serviced at 9am on 8/9/2018 at tv iyengear sundram kottayam kerala. I have been sitting here from morning till afternoon 2pm now but my vehicle is still lying outside in the sun unattended. Extremely poor feedback from service advisors. Kindly take strict action against this as i am still waiting outside from morning 9 am. Was this information helpful? | |||
