Our xuv 500 w 10 was serviced at 40, 000 kms on 28th july 2018.
The service centre people deliberately tampered with the wheel alignment ins pite of no complaint and now the tyres are wearing out
This has caused a lot of problems in our travel and the bill also was hiked up by the service center even when there were no complaints regarding it.
The driver door is also causing problems in proper shutting and the bonnet sensor keeps asking us to check the bonnet door when it is shut. We have complained about it many times but no attention is paid to our complaints
Kindly instruct your service centres to not unnecessarily hike up the bill taking problems and even when there are no problems
