Mahindra And Mahindra — xuv5oo w6 clutch issue and rash behaviour of eram motors service executive | |||||
I m a xuv 5oo w6 customer since last 4 years and yet I m not not satisfied with the service dept provided through Eram motors Kannur. I had done the service for 40000 km just 15 days before and payed almost 50000 they had took almost 2 weeks for the sake of service as they are stating nowadays and now I m standing in middle of traffic and getting called by names by other car drivers . I just called the break down service of Mahindra and said about the occasion but they are so irresponsive and careless . I canât move my car an inch as I m facing a clutch issue and while I said about the breakdown the service advisers demanding to bring the car to service dippo. I m just wondering did they lost their mind? If I could able to move this in this case then why should I depend those ### for helping me to get out of this. Itâs so irritating that I had spent almost 20 lakhs for buying such a ride which did not aid any maintenance back up when ever a customer needs it . What is Mahindra doing actually ? Are they for customers or just for the techs??
