DAY 1_
Went to M & M authorised service centre in Patna named M/S KIRAN AUTOMOBILES for my XUV700 1st service of 1000 Kms…Got the vehicle by end of the day without working cluster/ Display & any indicators due to silver box software updation which was failed or hanged on that particular day.

DAY 2_
Handed over the vehicle to them as per their request for all these rectifications…Finally after taking the entire day they have returned my vehicle with the below issues :
1. Rear Scratch on the trunk.
2. Rear Camera not working.
3. Warning ⚠️Light still showing.

REMARKS : Pathetic service by M/S KIRAN AUTOMOBILES PATNA ( AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF M & M )…Postponed my outing plan with family for some work twice.
