I had purchased a mahindra xylo h8 model by november 2016.in my 1 st service i told vst motors of chennai poonamalle barnch that my steering alignment is not proper, they told me it has been corrected while they returned the vehicle. But to my knowledge it was not done properly, also i noticed a dent in my left body which was not there before i entered the service center, they had charged me 6000/- for dent removal and painting, i told them to run the recorded video of the cam recorder but no body showed interest in it. And again yesterday on my second service of the xylo i told them the same problem now they have made the problem more worse. The steering is not returning at all and it has become so hard. They dont have any idea of servicing the h8 model. They have made my driving experience worse. Kindly dont trust any mahindra service center, the same problem used to come with mpl motors porur. Now the same thing is happening in vst motors, poonamalle branch. Their service advisiors dont have any idea of the vehicles they are there only to charge you. Worst expereience.
