[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — zero debt insurance and car not received | |||
This has gone too far in harassing a customer. A car that was promised to be given on july 7, 2019 got postponed to july 10, 2019. On finding out no work was done and numerous complaints to mahindra company. We ultimately got a new date of july 25, 2019. Now the car is ready and the surveyor has not come to check on july 26, 2019. The car will now be released after the insurance company makes the payment. And after all the trouble we have faced we still have to make some payment after already making a payment of rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand) even with a zero debt bumper to bumper insurance. People buy a insurance so they don't need to face any problems. But if we still have to face problems with a insurance.
