[Resolved]  Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. — Barred entry into the hotel;not giving my refund

I had booked rooms at club mahindra emerald palms resort for 17-19 march(2 days).I landed at goa and hired a car on rental, then drove 1.5 hours to varca and reached hotel at around 11:00 pm in the night.I was stopped at the gate and was told that rental cars are not allowed in the premises.Tired from all the travel and driving i was made to wait outside for half an hour before the manager on duty - shaji turned up.All that time i wasnt even asked to come in or atleast assisted in parking the car.The manager showed no courtesy and nonchalantly dismissed me saying that management rules dont allow this.All this while i was made to wait, not even asked for a glass of water.I felt harassed and humiliated.Now at midnight where was i supposed to go! The club mahindra guys were so insensitive that they didnt even offer an alternative.I was made to feel as if i was some terrorist trying to encroach their property.It felt i wasnt welcome at all.I have never had such horrible experience at any hotel.they could have atleast let the car in, leave alone parking.Aghast by this insensitivity, i tried to compose myself then asked them to give me in writing that they cant allow me in my booked room at 12:00 in the night.They refused bluntly.I asked them for my refund, again the manager refused, said he cant do it.Feeling threatened and exhausted i gave in to their 'bullying' and then spent the next 2 hours finding a 'affordable' room for i was short on cash(they wouldnt even refund me).Maybe for club mahindra a commoner like me doesnt matter for they have a lot of money which i can assure you is based on loot of guests not service! Plus they dont need tourists anymore, they have the taxi union to fill there parking spaces and probably even their rooms and wallets.My bookind id was HTLVEXCMTU for 17-18 march and HTLL5E47FE for 18-19 march by the name Pranav.
