I had booked rooms at club mahindra emerald palms resort for 17-19 march(2 days).I landed at goa and hired a car on rental, then drove 1.5 hours to varca and reached hotel at around 11:00 pm in the night.I was stopped at the gate and was told that rental cars are not allowed in the premises.Tired from all the travel and driving i was made to wait outside for half an hour before the manager on duty - shaji turned up.All that time i wasnt even...
