Friends, Take my word. Do Not but any Mahindra Vehicle. They fleece you with your money and than make you do rounds of customer care department which is a mere hog wash, they actually care only their feedback and very selfish...I ankit vohra purchase Scorpio last month at the time delivery their were 3 scratches and paint was out I bought this from Koncept dealer which is in Lajpat nagar new delhi ...they told me at the time of delivery that they will fix the problem...and informed me to give good feedback for them Sohan was sales executive and Ashok was the delivery in charge now I went to them 2 time after taking appointment and every time they told that labor is not their for paint so I would to come...i have to drive 60km from place to the work shop and they not ready fix the issue.. ad I called on mahindra customer care a lady told she arrange call back in next 24 hrs...i spoke to her sunday and told is tuesday I have not receive any call...branch of shameless people...fraud and lire...i would never recommend anyone to buy mahindra product Was this information helpful? |
