Mahindra & Mahindra — breach of trust | |||
Dear Sir I have am a lady and single handed running a business of travels and tours in SELAQUI, DEHRADUN Uttranchal. I am have shifted from Tata to Mahindra XYLO on instalments. Though Tata finance is my old customer for last 9 years and we are doing fine with them. They help me in odd times also. To increase business and make good relations with M&M branch i diverted a customer to your branch to help in introducing new customers to M&M i had called Vinod to help this client to purchase car from M&M.. Branch Manager of your M&M Branch Mr. Vinod Srivastava started talking bad about me saying " why did you choose this lady she is bad paymaster you should have come alone not using her name" this is breach of trust which is not expected from Branch Manager of this cadre. Rather he should have thanked me for introducing a client to Branch. REQUEST - he should have contacted me if any problem we could have sorted out the issue instead he s[eak with a guest like this.
