Mahindra & Mahindra — i am not able to get spares throughout tamilnadu any service center no response

sir i bought my verito car three years back. i do my sevices properly last tuesday i have a problem with my gear and i go my nearest service station in my town villupuram Tamilnadu. The service center mechanic said no spare here so go and get it we here do service only.I tried to get spares all through Tamilnadu but i cant please make this fix otherwise i feel very bad
