I had purchase a mahindra supro model no - t2, registration no - br-32ga2756 on 016. Now in this vehicle a break issues, after this issues i had gone at shiv shakti wahan private limited, darbhanga (Bihar), but for previous five days the vehicle is not prepared by agency. And he committed that this vehicle is prepared by us within two days. But no any solutions from his side. And now he said that this problems cant solve. I have talkeds with so many times your seniors (Abhishek kumar (Asm), m sri raj (Ccm) & ojha (Gm), but no any response from his side also. Only commitment is coming from their side.
I have to confirm that why this type of problems are coming, service is so poor. I thinks the decision of purchasing is wrong. If no solution of this then please return my vehicle. Otherwise give me solution asap. For previous 6 days i am already so harass. Was this information helpful? |
