Mahindra & Mahindra — My Xylo in warranty giving very small mileage

My Xylo E8 car of Aug 10 with extended warranty has gone very low on mileage to 8 KMPL from its 13-14 KMPL.
Request help as Mohan Motors at Kolkata is unable to solve the problem.
