Mahindra & Mahindra — Poor Service my Service Center - Puducherry - Thirumalai Motors | |
Have Mahindra Flyte two wheeler for past 3 years. I have changed the battery, buzzor, horn, carburetor, auto start button more than 3 times each in the last 3 years. Everytime issues are coming after the service delivery.
Recently I got pissed off and Went to the shop to give for service on one Monday. They said "since mechanic is not available, only on Thursday, we can do the service". So I booked for Thursday and gave for service. My major complaints are
1. Auto Start is not working.
2. Even kicker is not functioning properly. Needs nearly 5 - 10 times to kick to start the scooter.
They took 3 days to do the service. I went on Saturday evening and got the scooter back. They charged 515 rupees/- . Immediately I tried using "Auto Start", as usual it was not working.
I went and asked immediately and they are saying "we must change the battery".
I really dont understand, what were they doing for the last 3 days. They couldve called me and said me that battery is dead and we need to change it. But only after the delivery after 3 days, when I ask back only, they are saying so.
Everytime they charged some amount for some service and scooter didnt perform any better. This time they didnt even care about the complaints we gave. Only thing they did everytime is water wash.
I have decided not to go to the same service center anymore. I will also advise others not to consider Mahindra motors and this service center. Was this information helpful? | |
