Mahindra & Mahindra — unethical behaviour and transaction issue

I mukesh agrawal from faizabad uttarpradesh sent my car xuv 500 to the company amit motors private ltd. For servicing. I did neft payment for the servicing worth rs 22000. Money got deducted from my account but they are saying that it hasn't reached their account and so the staff named bhupesh tiwari didn't allowed us to take our car and also asked for some extra cash for giving the car. He behaved very rudely to us and even after showing the evidence of transaction he didn't allowed us to take our car.
