Mahindra Navistar — Highly dissatisfied with quality of product & service

Dear Sir/Madam Myself Komal Gohil proprietor of KVJ Tours & Travels from virar. I am writing this mail to you because i am very dissatisfied with the quality of your product & service provided by your service center. I have purchased Mahindra Cosmo 32 Str Reg bus in August 2015 which came on road in September 2015 after R.T.O. passing. There were many minor problems in starting 2 months but they got solved by servicing. The big problem occurred when vehicle was just 2.5 months old & just 10, 000 km. Vehicle started making noise, heating up & gearbox got failed. Special gear stopped working all of a sudden. We went to the service center after diagnosing the problem they said there is some problem with the synchronization ring which needs to be replaced. I had taken vehicle to the center on 26/12/15. Mr. Sandeep Gaikwad who is Service Supervisor said that part is not readily available and promised me to get parts before 02/01/2015 and asked me to bring vehicle on 2nd January and said we will repair and deliver it on same day but he failed to fulfill his promise on 31/12/15 i got a feedback call from mahindra and i complained about it. After sometime Mr. Sandeep Gaikwad called me and said that we are not able to get parts yet and will not be able to repair your vehicle on 2nd Jan. I insisted him to get the part from anywhere within your trade and get my vehicle repaired before it gets worst but he said that parts are not available anywhere. That is the point i realized that how big mistake i did that i trusted brand name "MAHINDRA" because firstly i have never seen that gear box gets faulty so early secondly there are no parts available in service center and not even till date it is available. Its really shocking that under such a big brand name i am getting such a pathetic service. First of all i am not able to understand that how can gear problem occurred in such a short period. Well now Second issue that my vehicle was making too much noise and many times i complained about it but every time they used to tell me that its normal. But on 06/01/16 they gave me their demo bus to complete my local tour as my vehicle was with them and not ready and my driver noticed that it is making less noise then my vehicle so we insisted them to check thoroughly and after checking everything they came to the conclusion that there is problem with silencer which needs to be replaced. Now they are saying that silencer is not covered under warranty and i will have to pay for it. Its very surprising that within 4 months my gear box got problem, my silencer got problem i am really worried about what all problem will occurred when it will run more because vehicle is brand new right now. After i bought vehicle it worked really very well for 2 months at that time one of my friend was looking to buy a mini bus and asked me for the feedback of this vehicle on my recommendation my friend Mr. Rakesh Khurdekar bought chassis from the same dealer and built a body on that from Avadhut Coach now he is also in trouble his left side wheel is heating up. He also many time visited service center but they say its normal. Please tell me how can this be normal that all tyres are normal and only one side Tyre is getting heated. He is too frustrated with this vehicle and wants to sell it as he is not happy with the product. Now i want to ask "MAHINDRA" that did we do a mistake trusting you and buy your buses though you are new in this segment of vehicle. Please do not let us down and if possible replace the vehicle as it is not upto the mark. and solve the problem of tyre heating of another vehicle. Please find below details for your refrence.
