Mahindra — service problem

i have purchesed mahindra maxi truck in the brocher have written the avrege is 17 km leater but its giving 13 km per leater when i have complent to mahindra service center they where saying that this vechile where not give 17 km only 13 km i have told them but before giving the vechile ur show room people told 17 they where not responding any think to us plzeeee solve my problem i have invested the money with loat of problem so plzeee make my problem solve from your faith fully fayaz ahmed
