XUV 500 is offered at lower priced as compared to its competitors, but when it comes to performance and service support they are very very poor.
since the purchase my car is giving problems everytime.
1) the multimedia cd/mp3 player stopped working > replaced under warranty
2) suspension very bad> they have upgrade but will be charged extra.
3) just after service, engine low oil alert> when reported to G3 dealer service centre, they said it is just small sensor error and we can continue driving. But when I checked there was hardly any oil in the sump. I had saved myself from a major engine failure cost.
4) just after the service> now the clutch suddenly fails> dealer G3 do not have spares available.
In short the dealers are either overloaded or not bother to give service support, the spares are note available at any other shops. In the end we endup waiting in the long queue paying high spares price. Was this information helpful? |
