Mahindra/tractor — Complaint regarding low grade service | |
Dear team Manindra I have a Mahindra Tractor 265 DI . I am getting repeating complaint in hydraulic system. We get it repaired from your service centre in Meerut UP twice. Last repaired done on 20 May 2021 and again we are facing same issue. Also they didn't complete regular service work like washing and greasing by excusing machine is not working.Can anyone tell me if you are taking charges, Why you didn't complete service work. As Greasing is the mendatory activity for increasing moving parts life. I paid 4580/- and they didn't provide me invoice copy by excusing that their system is not working. Have they stopped their all sales work if system not working - NO. My village is 40 km from service centre - M/S Shiv Shakti Meerut. It costs much to visit your service centre again and again. That was not free service, I paid for that. I am really worry about warranty customer, What type of service they are getting. Really it's a matter of worry for a company like Mahindra.Only sales is not the part of Job, You should provide quality service to customer. Customer dissatisfaction should a serious concern for you. I am die hard fan of Mahinda but this time I am really so upset and disappointed with Mahindra. Request you to kindly take some action against such type o[censored]nprofessional and incompetent Authorised Service center and get my work done.
