Mahindra tractor 555di I have purchased, the company is providing bad quality and changed spares vehicles are from the dealer where I have purchased, the behave and response of the dealer owner is very bad, the vehicles are distributed with missing spares in the vehicles, hel m when we asked about they can not respond. They are making prices of fluctuating very high this makes customer confuse and bad impact on mahindra tractor.. Totally the vaishnavi enterprises opp ARTO office circle.. Bailhongal.. Is very bad bad dealer and services, they making worst services of mahindra.. Bad name of Mahindra

Hi I recently bought a new mahindra 475 tractor from nalgonda district miryalaguda. From starting onwards the oil in gear box are damaging. I frequently contacted the showroom and not responding properly. And can't provide any revolution

I had purchased Mahindra 575 Xp plus in last April, I thought its working fine, when i was open PTO shaft cap the shaft was bend, i asked to seller but he says that its not a problem, you can continue your work with tractor. one month before I attached my implement with tractor via PTO shaft implement not working properly I'm asked again to seller he is not responding little bit, now oil leaked from PTO shaft. Help me for this regarding.

I have a Mahindra Tractor 265 DI . I am getting repeating complaint in hydraulic system. We get it repaired from your service centre in Meerut UP twice.
Last repaired done on 20 May 2021 and again we are facing same issue.
Also they didn't complete regular service work like washing and greasing by excusing machine is not working.Can anyone tell me if you are taking charges, Why you didn't complete service work.
As Greasing is the mendatory activity for increasing moving parts life.
I paid 4580/- and they didn't provide me invoice copy by excusing that their system is not working. Have they stopped their all sales work if system not working - NO.
My village is 40 km from service centre - M/S Shiv Shakti Meerut.
It costs much to visit your service centre again and again.
That was not free service, I paid for that. I am really worry about warranty customer, What type of service they are getting. Really it's a matter of worry for a company like Mahindra.Only sales is not the part of Job, You should provide quality service to customer. Customer dissatisfaction should a serious concern for you. I am die hard fan of Mahinda but this time I am really so upset and disappointed with Mahindra.
Request you to kindly take some action against such type o[censored]nprofessional and incompetent Authorised Service center and get my work done.

Your tractor dealer in Mansa is the worst. They do not fulfill the promises they made. U are the fraud company which play with there customers time. We are not free for making rounds of your store. I have taken mahindra jivo 24hp 4wd in 2018 it has only lasted 1246 hours. The disc of its next wheel (both) is broken in the middle along the axel. However, some solutions should be suggested and changed soon. This request. Let me know.

We had purchase 01 yuvraj 215 tractor in the name of hira singh verma from your dealer kisan automobiles ghaziabad against bill no. 308 dated 25.10.2019. Till date we have not received r. C. And vehicle number. They always give same answer when we call your dealer that next week. Already 05 months has been gone and they are not taking it seriousely. We are not able to get service unavailablity of these documents.
Please take the necessery action.

I bought mahindra yuvo 475 di tractor 01.01.2019 at tirunelveli pothigai motors. Mahindra yuvo475ditractor manufactoring are worst. My tractor have many problems.1) clutch box oil leakage 2) engine rotator shaft oil leakage3) hours meter repair 4) dianamo motor repair 5) self motor repair6) indicator, parking light problem. I bought mahindra yuvo 475 di one year ago but i have many problems. Tractors spare parts have bought very difficult in tirunelveli.

You are informed that the mahindra tractor dealer in bhiwani is not able to offer the service in any way. Our tractor battery is bad for the past 15 days, which we are revolving around the delear to change.
We complained to your area manager mr. Sunil kumar ([protected]) who used to speak abusive language with us. (Who said that it is okay to complain anywhere, we can not have anything. We are not your servents.)

Hi there

I got a mini tractor from mahindra (15 hp) chasis & engine number: gwra11856 (Trade certificate no. Or 07f/0012/tc) for my agriculture use from sree automobiles berhampur odisha.

Soon after one month, the vehicle kept stoping in between the use because of air inside the diesel engine. With repeated request to the dealer, someone has finally arrived after 15 days and just cleaned the engine and said this vehicle has kept for long with no use and was there with the dealer for more than 4 years (And most of the parts looks rusty which we didnt observe before.

Again after few days of fixing the initial issue, started the same problem, and again with repeated request someone has come and did the same cleaning.

Now, once again it gave the same probem including the clutch plate seems t have stopped working, so when we called the mechanic confirmed there is some parts missing and was ordered to get t replaced. However its more than 15 days now and we are still waiting.

Whenever we call the dealer, they are sayng spare part hasnot arrived.

This is completely unacceptable and i want to complain to mahindra to either replace the rust elements of the vehicle or take back as the dealer is not at all listening to our complaint.

Depending on this vehicle we started farming and is suck with this issue.

I sincerely hope someone will look into my issue asap.

App se nivedan hei ki mene app Ke dealer se 29 june battery Mistek hone ke liye contect kiya jiska aaj din tak muje koi bhi sahi Jawab de rha h or me aap Ke company Ke vikram singh ji se bhi meri bat hui lekin abhi tak muje kisi be taraf se koi jawab diya gya h. App se nivedan h ki mene aap Ke toll free per bhi complain likh vaya h jiska number CAS3562400F9P1M6. App se nivedan hei ki meri problem ko jaldi se sahi karva kar muje contact kiya jaye.
Mera tractor only 500 hrs chala h or mere one year bhi abhi tak complete nhi hua h .

I have purchased Mahendra Tractor 575 Boomi puthra from authorised dealer at Dharma puri at Tamil nadu.Within 10 days of purchase both the back back wheel tyre has lot of air crack.When i have complaint to the dealer,They are not giving any response to the customer, simply they are telling that these tyres are manufactured by apollo company mahendra will not take responsible for the same,Ihave called registered this complaint no.complaint no.IBTN[protected] through call centre.

Can you help me to resolve my complaint.Since my product has failed within 10 days of purchase i am in deep mental agony.Kindly do the need full
