Mahindra/tractor — Front disc cut inside of bolts

I have taken mahindra jivo 24hp 4wd in 2018 it has only lasted 1246 hours. The disc of its next wheel (both) is broken in the middle along the axel. However, some solutions should be suggested and changed soon. This request. Let me know.
