In my money return to me in the policy aving a problem with service can be frustrating., the first step should be to return to my money. If a phone call or emai, consider writing a complaint letter.

A letter is important. It puts your complaint on record with the company, helps return money in the any situation, and lets the company know you’re serious about pursuing the complaint.....

I had return several times on consumer forum related to maitreya group. But yet not get any updated from consumer forum.

I requested again that i had invested approx. 5 lacs including my family members, but not yet return.

Varsha satpalkar managing director of this group. She cheated us.

Filing this complaint on behalf of my parents.

My mother and father was working as agent for maitreiya plotters and structures pvt. Ltd. And out of which 8 customer's (6 - mother, 2 - father) refund is either partially completed or not fully completed, the status for which is as per attached image (Maitreiya. Png). Below is my parents respective details as maitreya agents.

My mother bought maitreya plotters and struckers policty in jan. 2012. Maturity date of policy jan. 2018. But in jan 2015 maitreya shut downs their offices. She paid the installment of rs 330 per month from jan 2012 to jan 2017 regularly but now company is not giving money back. Even not providing any information. Even hon. Court has ordered...

I want to apply for repayment. I have already tried to get the money online many a times but i could not get. Suggest me any solution to get the money back because i have been not recieved yet.

I have paid all 12 installments i had applied for 3 year and now it's more than that....
