Maiyas — Cockroach found in moong dhal pack

i bought a Maiyas Moong dhal as i am a regular moong dhall consumer. This time, i have got a cockroach in the pack. I was consuming as a snack on a regular basis. Usually, i buy only Handirams, but this time i bought Maiyas. What kind of a product do you sell with cockroach. The same has been registered in the consumer forum.
