This maiyas butter chakli is manufactured in july, 2020. After consuming few of the chaklis, we observed that they've webs/strings attached to them. It shows the level o[censored]nhygienic maintenance of the company. It's scary to think of the implications due to these type of food products. Cannot trust the manufacturing date at all and the environment in which they prepare the food.

I am veena from bangalore purchased maiyas soan papdi recently but i felt very bad with the texture, taste and quality of of the same. It is too sticky not able chew. It feels like chewing gum and taste like old stock not sweet also. I am not satisfied with it. It won't taste like original soan papdi.
I want know what is solution for this as the seller will not take it back nor refund the moneyvtoo. Can i get the replacement or refund for the same?

We took Maiyas sohan papdi on 30th May 2020 at super Market near by my home. We opened the product on next day and found that every piece is very hard to touch and chew as well..

We never tasted a worst product like this before. Kindly look at it on serious note and take necessary precautions.

Cans manufactured on 16/8/19 are puffed and on opening it is tasting sour. The product has either gone bad or packaging date has been put at a later date and the product is old. I bought 44 cans from a local store a1fresh in kadugodi and half of the cans are bad. I had to cut a sorry face in front of my staff on ayudh puja. I still have the product. I need full replacement and compensation from maiyas else i am sending the product to fssai. My contact number is [protected].

A maiyas badam milk mix was bought by me during the first week of may 2018 at metro supermarket near mysuru road in bengaluru. As i am a resident of mysuru i brought it home. I started using it. As the contents of the bottle was getting empty, l was shocked to see a plastic glove at its end. It was manufactured on 31/01/18 and it's lot no is ia3101. I am really disappointed to see a reputed food manufacturing company like maiyas not taking adequate care while packaging. Such instances may pose health hazards to the consumer. I wish maiyas to take adequate care from now onwards.

Here in airport on 2nd of may arount 6.52m.. We bought karabath kesaribath. One plate, one plate besebelebath and one plate idly sambar. And one coffee, and the amount came up to 452rs..
And my husband paid it through card and they said not credited and they collected cash also and said it will get reverted but still it is not reverted back... And the amount which ve paid through cash i have lost it since we were in hurry to get inside for security check..
So pls help me in getting back my 452rs..

I have purchased maiyas soan papdi of coconut packet in banglore railway station and I'm traveling hyderabad.when I was just open to have soan papdi in train it fully burnt and full hard and attached to upper foil with black color on foil. So kindly suggest me for further action for this otherwise I need to have legal action on this.

Hi this is praveen i have been to maiyas restaurant at jayanagar 4th block on 1st november 2017 i. E wednesday we have already reserved the booking in advance.
But i have asked for the table at the window, the moment we are going to sit at the table the supervisor had just removed the table as he got other customers with
Six people. Then what is the point in booking in advance if they are not going to give the table that you want? The supervisor was so rude
That my parents where about to sit at the table he just removed the table, how can some one remove the table at the point where we need to sit for lunch?
The supervisor had not even informed nor requested to us regarding the movement of the table.
We have ordered south indian meals for 3 people i was shocked to find hair in the rice that they have served in the meals,
I was amazed to see that there is no supervisor nor the manager present to look into the cutomer queries,
Later i have showed this to the cashier i was surprised that they simply changed my plate i am not sure is this the way
The reply to the customers?
Other surprise to me is that the seecond time as well i have got hair in the meals. So how can you expect two types in a span of time. This shows how
Hygenic they are. It's just due to the brand we have been over there, but if this is the situation then definintely i am not going to visit over there again
With my family. I have been with my family they should have responded properly. They are least bothered about the customers.
No body to take this serious, i have asked the server to call up the manager he says he will but he doesn't.
I need the explanation from the manager or the higer authority to look into this.

They are not responding me. When ever i am calling they are saying it is under process. I don't know why they are behaving like this with me. Please help me.

Product is smelling of raw oil and rusted smell. The product is not worth the money.

Many other compitators like Haldirams etc...etc maintain a good quality and self have used a lot of thier products and fully satisfied.
I feel the company (M/s Maiyas, Bangalore )is only manufacturing the product and never have a quality check and is placing in the market. The intention is to make money, wheather the product is good or bad .Never came across this kind of problem.
Very Very worst quality and taste.

Few days back ur sales person given a box of badam drink, but all the cans r still in Warranty period but the inside content s completely damaged, the milk is not good for drinking, I hav given a complaint to maiyas sales person, but he talk out of the box with nonsense words, I'm attaching the pics with box number, solve this asap, otherwise I wil go to higher level.

i have been distributor of maiyas beverages since august 2015. The company decided to close its operations in delhi on jan 2016 . The stock of company was withheld with us and we were told that all stock would be taken back from us and our money would be refunded before march 2016. Now till today there has been no response of my calls and emails . Due to there delay in process i am emotionally and financially devastated. I am not able to clear of liabilities. All they are doing is lingering on .

I brougt maiyas badam drink mix at D-mart electronic city. I found small worms in that and it smells bad, its mantioned mfd is 3 jan 2016. Pls do the needfull.

I purchased Bombay mixture from bigbazzar. The item inside has no resemblance with the beautiful product displayed on the packet. To my dismay, the so called bombay mixture was a mixture of sand and some rubbish items with taste and smell of clay. I tried to contact U so many times at your customer complaint number and also furnished batch no. etc;. Your staff has no intention to solve the complaint and are intended to drag on the issue with idiotic utterences like 'sir' and 'ok'. This complaint is lodged without prejudice to my right to take up the issue at the appropriate forum.

purchased product labelled as cashew burfi, it had only khova with lots of sugar. No cashew paste or even essence (flavour). Lost trust in the brand, Bill # 00000FP[protected] from Maiya's Indiranagar. thank god, didn't gift to anyone, else it would have been embarassing.

Maiyas packed foods like Kodbale, Chakkali and Shankarpoli are of very bad quality. The moment we open the pack we get the RANCID OIL smell and the items tastes very bitter. Eating even a bit of the item has caused vomitting and stomach upset. Please immediately stop the sale of Maiyas Food Products and do an Investigation so that other consumers are not harmed....
