I am a freelance market researcher in hong kong. I did a research for this company majestic between december 2015- jan 2016. Despite my numerous emails & phone calls over the period, i've only got partial payment for my invoices. The account staff there simply ignore my messages most of the time, and make false promises to pay on a few occasions. Their boss, raj sharma has been copied all the emails but was never accessible either by emails or phone calls. Worst of all, not a word of apologies has ever been made, as if they take me for granted. As a small freelance business, i cannot afford to sue a listed company, especially overseas. As a last resort, i can only write a complaint here & there on the internet in hope that you guys can help me get my fair share.in fact, this is a typical case of how big corporations exploit foreign vendors. I hope that more victims of this company can come out to point out their fraudulent behaviors.

I had problems with the salary. I used to get my salary delayed by 10-12 days. But i won't be harsh on the company and make false allegation regarding the salary issues that the company never gave us the salary.

Divyalove if you are saying that the employees are not paid then how are the employees still working in the company so if you are really saying that you were not paid for your work then go to the office with your proper documentation and get your salary.

Every company has some or the other problems coming up with revenue or the employees and name one company who don't face such problems. And if a company is facing such problem it doesn't mean that its an fraud company, its just an internal issue they might be going through.And agreed if you are saying its a fraud company or someone is misusing the name of the company then come up with a proof that will clear the dust over the issue.

It is a fraud company. Employees never get salary on time. Also company is under big debts. Accounts department will never show you any documents to hide truth. Also company has no money to pay vendors abroad. A great career spoiler as they fire without notice for cost cuts. Also will use slang language during mails. Please dnt go for this company. Its a humble request.
