Respected sir,
I am namitha. The above mentioned company, mak enterprises, have been calling me for a few days demanding money (19700/-) claiming that i failed to complete the work they provided me. It was mentioned in the agreement that if i fail to complete the work i must pay a maintenance cost of 10, 000/- which they threatened me into paying. Now after issuing a noc, they are again threatening for money claiming that they will move legally. What should i do next? Please help me resolve it. I have recognized that the company is fake and there are a lot of complaints against them.
