Sir, I have taken a data entry job from mak enterprises through online by paying 300rs for mak enterprises. As I failed to do my work they are harassing me to pay 10000. But I don't give. Then they asked 12000, and now the amount become 6900. Still they are harassing me for money threatening me with emails regarding court case, legal action. I think they are a group. I had applied for part time jobs and i got a call from this company. They said that they will provide data for 10 days and because they will give that data to us so we have to pay 300rs. And we will get the work and if we'll complete the work they'll cut money from it only. But they asked me for adhaar card, sign, pp photo for submiting them. And using those details after one day they used my details to make an agreement with the company...

They have threatened me about court notice and and i have given them amount of 14500. please catch them, Take action on them.It is in aurangabad...please help

Hi my name is arshi. I am also stuck with this fraud company. They are harassing me for money and sending me emails and making calls asking for money. I was assigned work and i completed in the given period of time but they found error in my work n are charging me money to end the contract. Mak enterprises provided us with a part time data entry job and we paid 300 for registration and they said that pages will be given a rate of 210 a total of 25200 for 120 pages from that 9700 will be deducted and 15500 will be given.
In between we received messages regarding to do my work at 40 rupees and after that they collected 6300. We submitted the file. After the due date they replied that our file is not received and we should...

But now they are calling again and harassing me to pay money fro termination of agreement.. I dont know what to do.. Pls help me... I am in do or die situation.. I have seen many agreements with same serial numbers... What shoul i do??...

Mak enterprises gave a data entry job advertisement in quickr website, at the time of enquiry they said that, they provide valid agreement with government approved, we asking about agreement format that time they said pay Rs 300 and we will give agreement, after paying 300 they asked id, photos etc . Then next day they make an agreement without our permission and send to us .it included some quotes that not...

After that in the name of processing steps they collected my id card copy, photo, signature, email id.
