Make In India — poor services and support

1. Citi nro account: despite being a citi nri account holder for about 10 years, for past 2-3 months struggling to open nro account. So much paperwork, and to much wait period.
2. Travelled through jet airways on december 24, 2017. Experienced delayed bags and missing of christmas gifts. No immediate apology from jet. After several days of follow-up, jet started negotiations in providing compensation, as if customer is relying daily life on their compensation amount. So cheap tactics, with horrible customer support.
How can businesses deal with in such situations. Unfortunately there are only two options in new digital india, either accept the indefinite delay or try to get help from senior management/political leader. This is a reality, and if the issues like these have not been addressed immediately, there will never be successful make in india.
