1. The staff is extremely inflexible and rigid. They don't understand the customers perspective.
2. The response and concern is lacking.
3. Incase of minor problems also they keep passing the buck to others.
4. There are too many so called points of contacts and you have to speak to many people in the chain for finalising your journey.
5. The decisionmaking is lacking.
6. From the driver upwards inflexibility was predominant.
7. We had asked for only breakfast at the hotel but they didn't inform us that the vehicle will not move after 7 pm at all. This was not mentioned in the itenary either. Infact the itenary said a trip to munnar town in the evening.
8. The calls were also not picked up on many occassions.
9.in alleppy the houseboat provided was premium instead of luxury.
10. Overall a very bitter and dissatisfying experience despite paying rs 75000/- for two adults and two children for 5 nights single room everywhere in kerala. A completely fraud company.
