They are liars and cheaters... Even i am asking for refund since past two weeks and this guy Pulkit is making so many excuses...and asking us to pay more to driver as we extended our trip for one day due to bad weather.. N we had already paid the extra amount to driver at the end of the trip.. They are not co ordinating with driver. We had sent an recording of driver in which he is agreed on full payment was done by us then too Mr. Pulkit is still demanding more money... 1.they are not responding calls properly after the journey begins.
2.They change the hotel without informing us between the journey.
3.they don't have a courtesy to behave with their customer

Now we are having hotel problem .the hot water coming here only morning.and this hotel is about 12 km from manali
