Make India Journey — Poor after sales service | |||
I had a very bad experience with “make india journey”, especially with the sales team who give wrong commitments & then never attend the phone calls. Their after sales service is equally pathetic, especially the operations team. I had some disconnect with the itinerary provided & thus had called the operations manager mr. Ramendra shukla ([protected]). Not satisfied with his reply (Who was extremely rude in his communication) i asked his senior's no. But he continued to deny and kept saying that he himself is the senior most person in the organization. Can't believe such attitude in a service sector industry. Their payment terms are quite suspicious & demand cash payment at hotel & cab operator. I have being following with them for the tax invoice but still not received the same. They have shared me invoice on word format which does not have any sales or service tax no. Was this information helpful? | |||
