Here I want to make a complain against "Make My Gateway".
On 19 March 2015 I got a call from ph no [protected] & [protected] named Rajeev Dixit claimed to be called from makemygateway.com, I am selected as winner of the lucky draw of Make my Gateway and got opportunity to get a gift of Sony Xperia Tab of I book a holiday package for Rs 7999/- and the deal valid for the day only. Like a fool I have paid immediately the amount and got the payment confirmation.
Transaction Id they gave me on mail is 2837/[protected]
Since then till now I have called their so called Customer care no [protected] and also to those nos and I got the reply that soon the gift will be sent to me. On 31th March I have called to their customer care one Mr Kartick Varma lifted the phone and told me that for Gift you have to make more members.
