i got a call from [protected] & [protected] on 20.01.2015 and they said that www.makemygateway.com offering me a package worth 7999 and they are sending a free gift of Sony tablet with Holiday Package worth Rs.7999/- through courier along with the package.but no response from next time onwards.please find them and save my valuable money from them.

Updated by vijaybalu83 I was booked Package on 20.01.2015 and my cancel request was made on 27.01.2015 ( Just 8Th day ) But I am trying to cancel my order and the Concerned Team person in [protected], you can now cancel the order within 7days, But they are mentioned in 8days ( cancellation & return Policy in their website ). Then he says, you can call in saturday 31.01.2015 - 11am we will refund your amount through online... I am waiting for my Valuable money...

Updated by vijaybalu83 Yesterday they told Gift Package sent via Agarwal Packers Doc # 43562589, But the same doc number was issued already some person in Dec 2014 booked package. So this was Major scam... They didn't pickup my call...

Today I have tried to calling Makemygateway Support Number [protected] on 11.0am onwards... but till there is no response ( today ringing but not picked up the call ) So this was cheating me... Please send back my Amount...

In 01.10pm, some person take the call in [protected] and i said that just closed my package and return the amount, But the person says Some delay in computer online checking so call me after 4.00pm... so i am waiting for 4 pm...

When i was called [protected] on 05.02.2015, they asked to put RESOLVED in your complaint in consumer complaints, then we will dispatched the Tablet. I dont put Resolved... Why I am Making as the complaint was resolved... No way... I was put on complaint against That website & company in Cyber crime also...
