I received a call from Makemygateway on November 20, 2014 and told that I would be given the gift of Sony Xperia Tablet as a special gift, if I pay Rs.7999.00 on the same day and in addition, I would get holiday coupon for 6D/5N at any hotel in India and in countries like Dubai, HongKong etc., I was fooled by them and after payment of money, they sent me a voucher with Order No.2011 and said that they have already shipped the gift through courier by Agarwal movers. I waited for one month, but nothing came. Then I asked them what happened, then again lied to me by saying that the gift was damaged during shipment and they would send it again. But, they did not send anything even after one month. Then I called them to refund my money. They rudely refused to refund the money and told me that I had to send names of references to be eligible for the gift. When I asked why they told lies, they said they made a mistake and they would send gift only after receiving the references. What a fraud company! I have sent several emails and called number of times for refunding my money, but there is no reponse until now! Please help me in getting my money back soon from these culprits. Thanks.
