I placed my order with Make my Hobby for an aquarium return pump on 25 Aug 2021.

There was no update for over 2 months the order was never shipped and I subsequently requested the order to be cancelled and the amount to be refunded on 05 Nov 2021.
The status was updated as cancelled but the amount was never refunded.
When I placed my order I had transferred the funds of Rs 5168.23 online for my purchase to the below bank details provided to me.
