I did placed 2020 but due to covid they sopped shipping so I raised requested in MMH customers portal for refund. till now they did respond back so I re raised ticket this year. But no use

On 25th August 2021 I paid Rs.901 for an order using the UPI but just after the payment no confirmation was made no confirmation email was received. Money has been deducted from my account but their site says no order yet. Its like giving someone money and the person immediately refuses and says he didnt get. I have the UPI payment details.

this website should remove otherwise people will get cheat, why our cyber cell is not taking any actions against them
they are smart they dont have any facebook account or any social media account to marketing their products, which means its fake
I have ordered live plants. Still they have not delivered and it has been 30 days. They have even blocked my account and therefore I cannot access my account. They did not reply my whatsapp messages also. They are such a fraud. No professionalism.

Payment was made in a timely manner. Person handling whatsapp answers only for payment acknowledgement. Several messages were sent for the product delivery status. Absolutely no response.
No proper contact numbers to communicate.
Whatsapp number provided only acts a one way contact. The admin will communicate only when he wishes to.
It's been more than 11 days of payment. No word yet from the seller.
Absolutely irresponsible. I am not sure even if they have intension to deliver the product or not.

This site need to ban. These people attracting the hoppy users by affordable price and get the payment. Once payment transfer they simply say not received and no response. Later noticed in consumer complaints site already these people cheeted more than 60+ hobbiers raised complaints. These people are black holes for digital India. If cheeted site like this how users can trust digital.

I had placed on line order for 19 items vide my order no. is 100494 dt. 06.08.2016. For which I had made full payment by RTGS for Rs. 3137.00 on 10.08.2016, which was confirmed by the seller on 11.08.2016.
After tremendous follow up Part delivery of only 9 items received by me on 24.09.2016. Party had assurred for balance item delivery in due course, however after lapse of 5 Months also I had yet to receive the balance items.
Out of 19 items in order I had received only 9 items and balance 10 items were yet not delivered by the seller site nor any refund for balance items is done to me. The pending 10 items worth Rs. 2003.00 as against total order value of Rs. 2866.00, which is 70%. They are not responding to my e-mails or to the WhatsApp messages.

I ordered (Order No 8822) some snails on 4th October 2010 and paid the money into their account. After that I log into their website account and see my order cancelled. Tried communicating with them several times via their contact form (which is the only means of communication), but nothing happened. Finally after sending several daily reminders, they cancelled my account and told me that if I made any further communication with them, I wouldnt receive my refund for a very long time. Its 25th October and I am still waiting for my refund. There are no names, no phone numbers, no emails you can reply to on this site. Just the contact form. Very very shady indeed ! I made a mistake ordering here. Hope none of you guys do

3 weeks past and no delivery...asking they are not replying back. after the 4th week
they send a email canceling my sons order. he is heart broken and dissappointed.
this is what this site does.....people beware of these cheats and robbers..
pls do not place order on this site...buyers beware...you will be placing and order

I too have similer experience. The site "Make my hobby" is a big fraud and cheater.
Don't buy and send money to them they will not send you your item nor refund the money. Even they do not give reply to your mails.

My experience with makemyhobby.com is still worse. They did not send me the plants for 2 months and when I sent a message asking for refund they cancelled my account so that I could not login. A day later they sent a nasty mail saying they don't need the business of a impatient person and said they would return the money by DD. 2 weeks later when I sent a message asking them for the money, I got a mail saying their company policy is that they will return the money after 90 days. I am currently waiting for the 90 days to get over...
This is definitely a scam company. they neither publish their office address nor their phone numbers. they dont even give their email ID. the mail that they send always says not to reply to it as all replys will be automatically deleted. I have bought so much stuff online but this is the worst site of all.

I generally buy a lot of stuff of the net, n i thought why not give this website a try, ., had a small chat with the live chat team they have, ., thought everything was going okay till until 2 weeks passed
by and there was no news, i had ordered plants and shrimps worth 2344/- and my order number was 9984.
Believe me, these people are the worst kind of frauds that are out there, they had none of the products until even 2 months of the order, when i lost my patience and sent them a message to refund my money i got rude emails saying that " we dont need your money, we havent become a well known company by embezzling other peoples money", when that is exactly what their aim is.. luckily i had the DD photocopied, and all my emails to and fro from them were safely kept.
The entire procedure took me nearly 7-8 months to get my refund back, moreover they deleted my account on Make my hobby and the live chat team was never ever available after i placed the order. it was as though they had black balled my name as soon as I had inquired about my order.
I also read other reviews of people who have had bad experiences with this company, and i also read a couple of lame comebacks from only one particular person, who i bet is running or working for the company, or is somehow associated, cause he had deep conviction in what he was trying to portray the company’s image to be!! considering the ratio was 100 : 1!! (bad : good reviews)
Anyways i played it safe, until I got my refund, and restricted myself from posting any reviews on the net, cause you never know whose keeping an eye on it and what the repercussions it might have, if they can delete my account and all info thereof, they can sure as hell not refund my money.
I would advise any reader of this post, not to even venture close to this website or any other website cause i did a little more digging around and found out there are couple of other websites out there that are being run by the same CONN Operation!! it might be a 100 bucks or 10, 000/- damn the Mother********. dont risk it!!! I generally think internet purchase is safe, just make sure your paying by card/ pay pal, cuz if they dont accept it, they are [censored] frauds!!! Dont believe any of the bull they give you for not accepting it!! If you have already ordered with them and are reading this review ryte now, and wondering why you didn’t research it before, dont waste your time, ask for your refund!!!

My invoice number is 5915. I had ordered plants and MMH test strips from makemyhobby.com Its been over 12 days and I have not received my order as such. I feel this is a bogus organization. The matter must be looked into seriously.

When you was so eager to post a online complain then you should also eager to remove it as you already received the consignment by DTDC Blue V02685747 very long back.
As we have verified in our database, you placed order on 29th Jan by Credit Card and put a complain on 6th Feb i.e. within 8 days of payment, when it is clearly given where you "selected for Credit Card payment selection button" that all payments by Card take up to 12 working days to process due to card frauds. But you ignored to read or understand or even contacting us for clarification.
It was totally unimaginable when a customer takes so much pain to create a account and post a complain some where on un-connected internet website in place of just dropping a 2 line message to Contact Us for clarification.
In future when ever you buy online from any site, please spend some time to understand their terms and conditions and shipping policies in place of branding any company fraud.

money paid but goods not received
I ordere 3 fish tanks from makemyhobby.com of hydrabad @ i paid amount of 586 by NEFT, date 02/02/10 but yet i cant received goods from them i email them, to ask their phone no or tell them about transcatation so i contact in their customer care but it is always busy, now i have no hopes about my goods or money,but if some read this he aware about these services

I am from Bangalore. I have ordered items worth Rs. 6000.00 Plants and Drift wood. I was told that the items will ship in 15 days time as the plants I have ordered need to be quarantined. Agreed. However, I have been making repeated requests on the Contact Us form of the website, but have received no responses so far and neither has my order been shipped. I did not received the item i ordered
I did not receive the item i had ordered and although the money was transfrred via paypal details below i did not receive any order no or invoice no or even a confirmation mail from the seller that they have received the payment although the money has been transferred and shows up in the credit card statement. They are not willing to help or assist in any way and are only asking for order no which was not sent in the first place when i placed this order. I think this is their modus operandi that they con innocent consumers on internet and take money. Looks like this is a fraud company and you need to look into this.

We issued Refund as soon as we got to know the technical error within weeks.
When you have not received any confirmation email nor invoice number, it is evident that due to technical error the order in first place never raised on the website that is why its not visible in your account in first place so as we also did not have any info on it.
But you never informed us that you didn't got order confirmation email which you should have. And you should be aware that, it’s an automated process, anybody can try with a test account, and don't go by paypal, just use Bank Draft or Net Banking where you do not have to pay then and there, as soon as you Checkout, the order confirmation automated email will get to your inbox almost immediately if you give correct email.
The error on your part occurred due to you took too much time on Paypal website before checking-out on Paypal website due to that by the time Paypal issued "Payment Data Transfer" command to make my hobby site the order session of make my hobby site was already expired. So there is no possibility it can generate invoice to us or you. It is purely a rare case that can happen to any ecommerce site.
