[Resolved] Make My Trip — Canceling a confirmed ticket post a day and the ticket still shows confirmed in booking status

Hi, A real annoying experience to say the least.Booked a flight ticket on 19th August .The ticket got confirmed and relevant details are generated.However, the next day I get a message that your ticket transaction has failed even though every thing seems fine.The ticket is still in confirmed mode. Neither calls nor email are to establish response from MMT. Indeed a pathetic response from a so called big company in service Industry
