I am regularly complaining about my cashback and have told them I did in all 5 bookings and got cashback in 4 bookings but in one booking they have not given cashback of Rs 1500. They say you did not apply deal code. I told them that i did all 5 bookings very carefully and hence requesting them for rs 1500 cashback of booking id NF[protected]. Now they have blocked my email id and have given me tension of my life due to which my relation has become sour with person whose credit card i used for booking ( in which they have to credit back rs 1500). Instead of all this plead they have blocked me from registering complain on their service portal . I dont know where to ask for help for a customer who did as much as five bookings and is now treated like this.

Sir please do not give vague anf hasty answers even for cashback in first booking I had to write mail and only after that you gave cashback. Also I am not Mr Sharma hence you are manipulating me now and this mail is proof itself. Further I have proof statement of that person whose credit card was used. By me as he was in front of me and MakeMyTrip is making my relation sour with him by not Giving my cashback. Also I made in all 5 bookings and in 4 bookings I successfully got cashback but this is left. Also ur toll free no. Is waste of time, no representative available. Last option is consumer court as That amount is outstanding on that credit card. so request you to be gentle and morally good. Pls read my mail again. Dear sir, pls go through my previously as below as I assure you that in all bookings deal code has been applied successfully and proof for that is that you have given cashback in all bookings except the last one. Also please note that the booking was made in front of the person who owns that credit card and he also reminded me today that I have applied deal code. Even he remembers that. Further if you see below number of bookings you may realise that all bookings were made only after reviewing your offer. Hence please expedite that cashback and also go through below mail and please do not let me down as my relation due to MakeMy trip may become sour with that person from whom I booked this trip.
I assure you that I have succesfully applied the deal code at the time of booking (pls see the no. of bookings i did as below) since I had made in all a total of 2 flight tickets ( 2 person each ) and 3 hotel bookings from different citi bank cards and have sucesfully got the cashback for all bookings except this, hence request you to please expedite my cashback as I have an outstanding amount against that credit card which shall be paid by me only after receipt of cashback from Make My trip to respective citibank credit card account. All bookings were done for my family members and its really disgracing for me since i have to pay one of my relatives the outstanding ammount which you have not credited yet and which may make our relation sour and please see that I have recieved cashback for all bookings and not for the 5th one as described above, hence your reason that I did not apply dealcode is not acceptable as all bookings were done very carefully only after reffereing your offer details. Please expedite my cashback.
