Make my trip booking id: nc[protected] Complaint reference id[protected] Company: make my trip Date of the incident: 23/06/2018 to 26/06/2018 Full description of the incident: We booked cab through make my trip from bangalore to kodaikanal. We have faced below issues. My mother has fallen sick due to your service. Complaint no. 1: our pick-up time was 3 am on 23/06/2018. Driver came at after 5 am. We had to pay extra rs.250 as driver allowance. Complaint no. 2: driver didn't have gps. He told us that make my trip did not provide him gps. Complaint no. 3: he doesn't know the route. He forced us to take hilly road from bangalore through mysore-ooty-coonoor road to kodaikanal. We completely relied on driver due to we don't have any idea about this route. Later we realized that driver just played with us. We had to travel around 250 km. Extra and payed for that. Complaint no. 3: my mother has fallen sick due to travel this hilly road. She got treatment and medicine from doctor. We had to stay at road side hotel and paid extra for that. Our trip got spoiled. Complaint no. 4: there are also discrepancy while calculating kilometers. He behaved so rudely that we didn't argue with him in the middle of the road. He is not at all cooperative. He took the roads whatever he wanted. From beginning only, he forced us to stay ooty-coonoor area for night. Although we have repeatedly informed him that we booked hotel at kodaikanal. Complaint no. 5: we complained make my trip through call by evening on 23/06/2018. Ticket had been raised (Reference id[protected] and closed by make my trip without any resolution as well as intimation by make my trip. Complaint no. 5: we paid all road toll tax by cash. We have document for that. But, we had to pay rs.1900 as state tax by cash to driver. We didn't receive any document for that. Still, we didn't receive any invoice regarding full payment for my trip against mmt booking id:nc[protected]. I am using make my trip service last 5 years. We never came across this type of situation in the middle of the road. I want full compensation from make my trip. Cab driver (Mr. Raghunath, contact no.[protected]) has to be sacked.
