[Resolved] Make My Trip — Customer services | |||
I have booked a trip via make my trip to kashmir from 11 to 17 dec and i have the following complaints 1) the hotel in Gulmarg ; Welcome hotel has not been operating last 5 months and was not aware of our booking. They were shocked and totally not prepared, I called the person in charge Rajesh Thakkar and Kuntal Parikh and Dipti mittal. All these 3 people were not at all helpful when we were stranded and i will never book or recommend to anyone . Kuntal had thew chick to tell me its my responsbility to check out the hotel and not his. Also the flights to srinagar to and fro changes were not communicated at all to us leaving us to manage all by ourselves Was this information helpful? | |||
