[Resolved] Make My Trip — Fern Samali Resort- Dapoli booking done through make my trip | |||
I had booked two cottages for two nights ie 24th and 25th October at the above resort via make my trip on 31st August by two transactions .Transaction id-IN 1408B2S247291 for Lillian cottage for Rs.16643/- and the other -transaction id-NH[protected] for Mangolian Cottage - for Rs.11384/-. For both the bookings payment received by make my trip. Co-incidently I called the resort regarding my booking. They informed me only one cottage was booked. They told me they had informed make my trip. Make my trip didn't bother to inform me. Instead when I called they offered me new destination and hotel. Why the hell should I change, my holiday plans. All I want is to go to the same place- resort with the same room booking which I got confirmation through make my trip. Kindly help me to sort this problem at the earliest.
