Make My Trip — Flight cancelled but refund not credited | |
Flight cancelled due to airline policy changes. As per MakeMyTrip website, the refund was completed on 1st January. but the amount has not yet been credited to my account.no way to contact their Customer support agents only chat bot is available which is useless, Moreover all the 24*7 helpline numbers mentioned on their official website are not working.
