I made a booking through make my trip booking id NF[protected] . E ticket no N84WTJ the travel date was on 21 nov 2014. Since the flight on 21 nov 2014 from surat to new delhi was non operational by spice jet. I called both Spice Jet and Make my trip to cancel the ticket and process the refund.as the flight was non operational i was supposed to recieve the full amount of 5126 as the refund When later i called Spice Jet they informed me that they have already processed the full refund to make my trip and they will process the refund in my account. So after that i am Calling Make My Trip till date but there is no use because every time i call them they always say your refund has been processed.
I have not received any refund.and when i ask them the UTR no. (Unique Transaction Reference number that is generated for uniquely identifying any transaction.)they never provide me . they only provide me the RRM No. 77427493 which is generated by Make My Trip which has no importance as no bank can track the transaction through RRM No.
If Make My Trip has refunded my amount why they are not providing me the transaction details so that i can go to my bank and can track the refunded amount.Instead of providing the transaction details they want me to send my accounts statement to them.
Which means they are not wrong and the customer is wrong.
When i am supposed to receive the refund why i should give my accounts statement to make my trip and they simply can not share the transaction details of my money which i should receive. Was this information helpful? |

We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Further in reference to your complaint, please be noted that we have initiated a refund for INR 5, 126/- on[protected] with ARN#74766514365452616094208 which would have reflected in your original mode of payment i.e. card number ending with 4213 **** **** 2270 till now.
Do note UTR number is being generated when any transaction occurs via NEFT, in your case refund has been reversed in the same mode of payment. Now if your bank or payment source still denies that no refund has been processed from MMT side, then we request you to kindly ask them to give you in written on bank letter head (stamped) by mentioning this ARN number that no refund has been honoured from our side till now.
Based on that document we would be raising this concern to the respective payment gateway further.
