I was booked by travel agent of make my trip on a wrong flight . one week from now i have been stuck still there are no results, last time i had spoken with manager MS. Paromita Chakraborty . she told me that they are working on my case .
she had promised me to settle it down by 2 days but still now there was no calls from manager . the staff who has booked me on the wrong flight he is not taking the calls his colleagues they are telling he will call you in 10 mins other one is telling he will call you in half an hour . staff requires training as if he doesn't know policies and procedures then why he working and why make my trip is making to work for such staff who is making blunders and errors because of that pax has to suffer . make my trip should arrange flight tkt or refund from the staff who has done the mistake and not make pax wait for no reason.
till now the staff has not called me and given me reply on my update of tkt, even i have sent him email on his official email id.
they already know that i was going on emergency situation .
