Make My Trip — less amount refund

As a frequent flier o[censored]phigh Airlines, I am extremely disappointed at my most recent experience with make my trip company.

I booked ticket form make my trip. from Ahmedabad to Delhi JETAIRWAY Flight. Date 05/01/2018. ticket price is Rs 1, 985 E-TICKET NO:589-[protected]. Booking ID NF[protected]. i also buy a ZERO Cancellation policy. which for if you want to cancel the ticket makemytrip will be refund me a full amount which i paid at time of buying a ticket. the ZERO Cancellation policy is Rs150.
i cancel the ticket four day befour the journey date but the make my trip company only refund me a Rs 265 instead of actual price Rs 1, 985. please take serious action against the makemytrip and help me out get my full refund amount
