We had booked a the hotel on 23/12/2022 with the full amount(Booking ID : AH[protected]) which was shown on Makemytrip app which was 518 AED. After reaching at hotel on 27/12/2022 we get to know that the payment is not done by Makemytrip and then we called the customer care for more than 10 times and everytime we were just told to wait for 15 mins the team is working on it and this thing continued for 3 hrs even after doing pre-booking we had to just wander here and there with all the luggage because of Makemytrip.
After 3 hour we got a call from Mr. Prosenjit Banarjee he said Makemytrip team is not able to resolve the issue at the Carlton Downtown hotel, Dubai and told us to cancel the booking made by Makemytrip and do a refresh checking in the hotel whatever charges will be there all the amount will be refunded by Makemytrip. I have attached the screenshot of the same where all this discussion is there. After the assuring mail and call from Mr. Prosenjit Banarjee we did the booking with a total amount of 808 AED also the invoice of the same was send.
After so many days we are continuously mailing and calling Makemytrip there is no proper response.
Also Ms. Suman Snehi doesn't have the decency to talk politely to the customer. And she doesn't even have the skills to read trail mails which are sent by her own team.
We expect this matter to be looked at by one of the senior members or Mr. Prosenjit if you are reading this mail please address this. Was this information helpful? |
