[Resolved] Make My Trip — Received confirmation for a room through email but denied stay at the hotel | |||
Received confirmation for a room(Booking id- nh[protected] but denied stay at the hotel because make my trip did not inform the hotel about our stay and the hotel was full.We had to roam about for 2 hours looking for a decent hotel. Make my trip couldn't find us another hotel although they kept us waiting for an hour promising that they find us a hotel very soon and requested us to cancel our booking(Cancellation number- in1603r0s188606).
