Make My Trip — Refund awaited

To Whom it may concern I booked flights from chandigarh to goa and return tickets too in August, Due to some reasons I had to cancel my trip and cancelled my bookings too (ID- NF[protected]. Since August Im waiting for the refund which is approx INR 42, 918. Customer care agents did nothing to help me out and I escalated my issue to step 2 (Reference ID: [[protected]]) but of no help.
