Make My Trip — Taken money for booking nor gave room nor refunding my money since 14 days not refunding | |||||
I had done a booking on on 26th OCTOBER for 2 ROOMS IN HILTON - ABU DHABI. And Paid through my credit card with Make my trip When i reached Hilton on 12th November they said Make My Trip has done only one room booking. I called Up Make My Trip but there was no response, they said they cant do anything about it. I was helpless i had my senior citizens parents with me and i was standing for one hour at the Hotel, finally the hotel manager gave me another room and charged me for that room. I came back to india and sent invoice to make my trip on 1st December for refund which they said it will be done in 48 hours but there was no response. Again i called up they said that their international office is following up with the Hotel. I failed to understand i am asking my money, they have done a mistake at their end and they just need to clarify at their end not with the hotel. Its almost 15 days but no refund has been made, i wanted to speak to their seniors but nobody is ready to come and help. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Clearly what i can see from complains is that make my trip is not refunding money for a long time and earning interest on that money.
believe me u r helping yr competition by doing so booking.com making good money.

You do have any self respect or any dignity guys, u r taking money from customers not refunding the money how can u be so shameless guys.
But i should salute you'll for behaving in such a fashion trust me...
R you'll Bankrupt by any chance or require any charity money to help your organisation to work...
I can arrange sum charity money from my side to you... i[censored] confirm that u require such money.
I am not frustrated but truly amazed by your behavior... that u require money so desperately that u can take any or any non sense from any customer...
Suggest you to tell sell your business to sum competition so that at least u get sum money the way u r doing business looks like u will shut your shop very soon...
