Makemy Trip Travel Agency — Refund of failed booking | |

I had booked the tickets from Bangalore to Bhopal via Hyderabad on the 6th of November. The booking did not go through because of payment gateway issues.
And since its a technical fault, I was expecting a full refund, which was committed to me by the customer representatives. Till date I have received a refund of INR 7, 835.
And since that time make my trip has been spinning me around in circles for the refund of INR 200 which was apparently accidentally deducted by them.
It took them close to 30 days refund the failed amount back that too not completely.
I am fed up from following up with them, and every time they commit that it will happen in the next 5 days, but I still haven't seen the day yet.
